BANTEAY SREI. This temple was dedicated in 967 and is a Hindu temple. It is one of the most detailed and is not to be missed when visiting Angkor.

The decorations in Banteay Srei are so perfect that historians at first thought it was a later temple. However, it is now know to be one of the first constructed.
